GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BETWEEN MUJER RAÍZ AND USERS

1. PRE-CONTRACTUAL GENERAL CONDITIONS

   a) These General Terms explicitly govern the commercial relationship between MUJER RAÍZ and individual Users (as defined in the Legal Notice) who, through the website www.mujerraiz.net (hereinafter, the “Website”), purchase the Products and Services made available by MUJER RAÍZ at any given time for online sale (hereinafter, the “Products and Services”) (hereinafter, the “Clients”).
   b) These General Terms have been prepared in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
   c) MUJER RAÍZ reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time, the configuration and content of these General Terms. However, the General Terms applicable to a given transaction will be those in effect at the time the transaction is completed.
   d) The terms and conditions governing the purchase of the Products and Services offered for public sale by MUJER RAÍZ through its Website will be those described in these General Terms and specified on the Website throughout the online purchase process. By using the Website, Users acknowledge and accept the various steps involved in accessing the Products and Services and completing their purchase.
   e) Clients fully accept these General Terms by placing an order with MUJER RAÍZ, having been provided with a copy and with access to a downloadable and printable version on the Website www.mujerraiz.net.

3. NATURE OF THE WEBSITE

   a) To purchase Products and Services remotely, the Client must meet the following requirements:
   Be a natural or legal person residing or domiciled internationally.
   If a natural person: be of legal age and have the legal capacity to make a purchase.
   If a legal entity: the representative must be duly authorized to act on its behalf.
   In all cases, the Client must qualify as an end consumer, purchasing for personal use or for someone legally authorized to act on their behalf.
   Wholesale companies, distributors, large retailers, and other professional intermediaries in the same sector as www.mujerraiz.net are strictly excluded.
   b) The resale of Products and Services purchased through the Website is strictly prohibited.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED

   a) MUJER RAÍZ will display the specific characteristics and applicable price of each Product or Service alongside its image on the Website.
   b) MUJER RAÍZ guarantees that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of purchase, regardless of when the Product is delivered or the Service is initiated.
   c) If promotional offers apply, both the original and discounted prices will be clearly shown, including the offer's validity period.
   d) MUJER RAÍZ may unilaterally offer new Products or Services or suspend/cancel existing ones at any time.
   e) All prices include applicable taxes. MUJER RAÍZ commits to keeping prices up to date in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
   f) MUJER RAÍZ guarantees the availability of all Products and Services listed on the Website.

5. PURCHASE PROCESS

   Online training: Clients must select the desired product and quantity, proceed to the payment page, and fill in the required information. Services will be booked via a calendar link and paid through the Stripe platform. The purchase process will be conducted in English.

6. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHODS

   a) Clients may request a digital invoice and may also request a paper invoice at no additional cost, which will be sent to the email address provided.
   b) All payments must be made through Stripe.

7. DELIVERY

   For digital products, delivery is considered completed once the download link is provided or credentials for direct access to the materials are issued.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

   Users have the right to withdraw from the initial purchase of any continuous service within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
   Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transaction, and will be for the full amount paid. Any withdrawal-related costs will be borne by the Client.
   To exercise this right, Users must notify MUJER RAÍZ of their decision clearly and explicitly via email or post, or by using the following form:

   To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the notification to be sent before the 14-day period has expired.
   MUJER RAÍZ reserves the right to deny any withdrawal requests submitted after the legal deadline or for products not returned in their original condition.
   No changes or returns will be accepted outside the scope described above. Important: For downloadable or instantly accessible products such as trainings and digital products, the right of withdrawal is waived upon purchase, as the Client gains immediate access to all or part of the materials. The Client acknowledges and accepts this at the time of purchase (per Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16).
   For service packages (e.g., sessions or hours), if the withdrawal right is exercised, the Client must pay for any services already provided.
   For monthly subscription services, cancellation must be requested by email to patt@mujerraiz.net.

12. CONTRACT FORMATION

    The contract is deemed concluded when the Client accepts these General Terms by clicking the Acceptance and Reading button and completing the purchase form on www.mujerraiz.net, or by any other electronic or traditional means.
    The Client will receive an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours, containing their registration information and the specific terms of the selected product or service. Please note this message may not arrive due to technical issues beyond our control.

13. NULIDAD DE LAS CLÁUSULAS.

    If any provision of this contract is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability shall be limited solely to that provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

    Any disputes arising from the application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Client’s place of residence. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Client’s domicile.
